3D Model Hive owns all rights, title, and interest in our services. Generated 3D models remain your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display them on our platform.
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices and credit requirements are subject to change.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and upload. You must have the right to use any reference images or materials.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of generated 3D models.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
